We want you to love your shopping experience and purchase with Fashion Curated Online N.Y.C. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order. There are certain exceptions for items that are considered to be Non-Returnable. Please read our full Return Policy which applies to all returns (i.e. refunds and exchanges) on our page dedicated to Returns and Exchanges.
The normal order processing time (a.k.a. Lead Time) for each individual item sold by Fashion Curated Online N.Y.C. is stated/posted in the "DETAILS & SIZE CHART" section located on the item's Product Details Page. The processing time may vary per item. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to the appropriate fulfillment center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer for the item(s) to be safely packed and processed for shipment to you as quickly as possible. By default, your order will ship in as few shipments as possible. We utilize many different fulfillment centers/warehouses/manufacturers to ship your order. This means that a single order could possibly be shipped in multiple packages. For more information on shipping and how your order is transmitted, please visit our page dedicated to Shipping. Though not common, some items can become backordered if there is insufficient inventory to ship your order. No, duties and taxes are based on the value of the merchandise in the shipment. The total amount of duties and taxes is the same if the order is shipped in one package or multiple packages..
Shipping services offered may vary per item based on the item's warehouse location. We use the following carriers (as per our choice for shipment): USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or EMS (for international). For more information on Shipping, please visit our page dedicated to Shipping.
We have provided a Sizing Guide that informs you on how to accurately measure yourself for proper comparison to the Size Charts we include for each item (whenever applicable) in the item's Product Details page which is provided to us by each of our Brands/Vendors we sell. Please note that every Brand/Vendor may use a different Size Chart and/or method for Sizing. If you are still having difficulties deciding which size is most suitable for you, please do not hesitate to contact us! One of our Sizing Specialists will help you determine the best size for you. 
We are extremely dedicated to processing and fulfilling our orders for our customers as fast as possible!

Therefore, we regret that we are not able to cancel orders once they have been transmitted to the appropriate fulfillment center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer for processing and fulfillment.

When you submit your order, it is instantly and automatically entered into our database; an order confirmation e-mail is sent to you (the customer); and your payment is verified by our system. For the majority of our orders, within an hour or so, your order is sent to the appropriate fulfillment center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer for processing and can no longer be modified in any way. 

It is our hope that in most cases, our commitment to expediting the order processing time (whenever applicable) works to your advantage. 

As per our return policy, you may return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value (excluding exempted items that are deemed Non-Returnable). Please consult our return policy and our refund policy for more information on returning your order and refunds. 

In some cases, such as Pre-Orders or Back-Ordered Items, it is possible to cancel all or part of your order since these types of items are not scheduled for immediate shipment. 

If you have pre-ordered or back-ordered items on your order that you wish to cancel, please contact us either via E-mail customerservice@fashioncuratednyc.com, or via Phone by calling us at +1(646) 586-8285 and make sure to include the following information:

  • YOUR ORDER NUMBER 
  • Item(s) to be Cancelled
To initiate a return or exchange, you will need the RMA form(s) for your item(s) that you want to return. Please e-mail us at returns@fashioncuratednyc.com and make sure to include the following information:

 

  • YOUR ORDER NUMBER 
  • Item(s) to be Returned
  • Indicate if you'd like a Refund or Exchange (for each item)

 

We never withdraw any funds from your account until the item(s) in your order have either been marked in our database as 'processed for shipment' and/or marked as 'shipped'. Once the item(s) have been processed for shipment, we withdraw the merchandise total for the item(s), plus an equal fraction of the shipping costs (if applicable).

At the time you place your order, an authorization, or pending transaction, will be posted to your credit card or bank account within one day. The purpose of this authorization is to make sure that funds will be available for withdrawal once we ship your item(s).

Therefore, if you have a backorder or pre-order item, there will be a gap between the date your order was placed, and the date the funds are withdrawn for that item.
Once an item from your order has shipped and the tracking number has been updated in our database, you should automatically receive an email with your tracking number information for this shipment. You can click on this tracking number within the e-mail, or you can highlight the number, "Copy" & "Paste" it into the appropriate carrier's website (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to track the progress of your shipment. In the case of multiple shipments, you may receive multiple emails with multiple tracking numbers. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number(s) to be activated by the carrier.

Yes, we take security very seriously. All credit card and personal information is encrypted utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the internet. All personal information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection and only used in accordance with our privacy policy. You shouldn't have to pay anything if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our store. In the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Our business hours of operation are MON-FRI from 10:00AM-6:00PM (EST). Normally we don't provide support during weekends/holidays, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP based on the level of urgency we have determined after reviewing your email.
