As stated in our Store Policies:


The normal order processing time (a.k.a. Lead Time) for each individual item sold by Fashion Curated Online N.Y.C. is stated/posted in the "DETAILS & SIZE CHART" section located on the item's Product Details Page. The processing time may vary per item.

During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to the appropriate fulfillment center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer for the item to be safely packed and processed for shipment to you as quickly as possible.

To ensure that your package is delivered properly and you receive your shipment within the timeframe we may advertise, please make sure to enter your address fully and correctly. Use proper abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do NOT take responsibility for any incorrect address information. If the package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Non-deliverable", we will only issue a Store Credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 

Please Note:

  • Shipping Methods (i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day, Priority, Ground, etc.) indicate the transit time AFTER the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier. It does NOT include our processing time at our fulfillment centers, warehouses, and/or manufacturers. Transit time begins once the order has been shipped out/picked up by the shipping carrier, not necessarily once the order has been placed.
  • Certain items that are made-to-order (i.e. Personalized Items,etc.) or require special preparation for shipment (i.e. Large or Fragile items), may require a longer processing time.
  • Expected Processing Times for Each Individual Item is posted on the item's product description page. 
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
  • BACKORDERED & PRE-ORDER items do NOT begin processing until inventory is received at our fulfillment centers, warehouses and/or manufacturers.
  • You may receive multiple shipping notification emails if your order is split into more than one shipment. This would be a result of your items shipping from more than one warehouse location. Please note that items which are shipped from multiple locations may not all arrive on the same date. 
  • If, for any reason, you refuse any shipment(s) sent to you on behalf of Fashion Curated Online N.Y.C. to fulfill your order from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. A 15% restocking fee will also apply to any refusals. This amount will be deducted from your refund

We want to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. If your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipping time, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, you must address this with the CARRIER. Fashion Curated Online N.Y.C. does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be "Delivered". We also are not responsible for any packages that are lost-in-transit. WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES THAT STATE TO BE "DELIVERED" or are LOST-IN-TRANSIT. These issues are to be addressed by the carrier and are the primary reasons why we insure our packages whenever applicable!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Incoming & Outgoing)

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there. We are NOT responsible for any additional costs. The customer is responsible to pay any additional customs duties, fees and/or tariffs that the country may impose for successful package retrieval.



Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding E-Gift Certificate) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.
